Update to Our Policyholders

First of all, we would like to say "Thank You" for being a policyholder and trusting UPC Insurance with your home. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our greatest priority at UPC is supporting you. We routinely weather events and catastrophes and we are very well positioned to manage through this period without any disruption. Our goal is business as usual. All UPC associates, including our Customer Service and Claims Departments, are now working remotely and fully operational to serve you.

Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and South Carolina policyholders may call (800) 295-8016.

Connecticut and Georgia policyholders may call (844) 872-7785.

Texas policyholders may call (800) 295-8016 for policy numbers beginning with 3 letters, or (844) 872-7785 for policy numbers containing no letters.

New York policyholders may call (877) 369-0304.

Hawaii policyholders may call (877) 596-1872.

Make a Payment
You may make a payment online here. Simply select the state where your insured property is located and follow the prompts. You may also pay by calling your designated customer service number above.

As an agile organization focused on coastal states, we routinely face catastrophic events. As such, we prepare for disruptions and are able to continue operations.

Submit a New Claim - Our online form is the easiest and most efficient way to submit a claim. All claims submitted through this form are expedited and result in faster claims service. You may also report a claim by calling (888) 256-3378, however hold times may be longer than average.
